nearly all of our products are shipped by DHL all product are carefully inspect and tested before shipping,  Returns are accepted up to 7 days after delivery provided the item is in good condition and in original packaging. Some items are excluded from our return policy and may not be exchanged for the same item if defective. You are responsible for shipping the defective unit back to us . Please email us before 7 days of receipt where a refund is necessary a 15% restocking fee will apply

Defective units will be replaced free of charge provided they are received in good condition. You are responsible for shipping the defective unit back to us as soon as we receive the return product, we will shipped a new one of the same to replace it.
